We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will accept unused material in the original packaging within 30 days of the initial purchase. Unused or unopened product can be easily returned after purchase with a Return Purchase Authorization Number. To obtain this number, please call our customer service department at 1-800-769-9722. This number should be written on the outside packaging of the item(s) that you are returning, along with a copy of your sales receipt or packaging slip. In order to be reimbursed for full merchandise credit, returns must be received in unused, undamaged condition. The condition of your shipment should be documented on your package before it is returned to us. It is also recommended that you ship your return with a carrier service that will provide you with tracking numbers. This will provide you with a means of following the progress of your return and it will also alert you as to when the return is received by our shipping department. Adherence to these instructions will ensure that your account is credited as quickly as possible.
Returns made after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking charge, in addition to shipping fees.
